摘　　要：随着农业发展对先进农业技术的迫切需求,上海市农业科学院积极探索,合理开发利用知识资源,多渠道推进服务"三农"的信息化发展。为开展高效、个性化的"三农"服务,从需求分析、系统设计、应用效果等方面介绍了上海市农业科学图书馆的移动服务平台,此平台可供农民利用移动终端随时访问图书馆资源。With the development of agriculture and the urgent need of advanced agricultural technology,the Library of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences actively explored the rational development and utilization of knowledge resources to carry out the multi-channel service for ＂ three rural＂ information service.In order to provide efficient and personalized services,this paper introduced the mobility services platform designed by the Library of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences from requirements analysis,system design,application effects.This platform realized the function that farmers could access the library resources in time by using the mobile terminal.
