摘  要:介绍了氯化法钛白粉的包覆种类,利用偏铝酸钠和硫酸为原料对氯化法钛白粉进行包覆处理,考察p H对包覆产品吸油量的影响,并对包覆膜层的形貌进行了表征和对铝包覆机理进行分析。研究表明,p H越大,氢离子浓度越低,包覆物能在二氧化钛表面优先异相成核,包覆均匀,吸油量小;氢氧化铝在不同的p H范围内结晶物相不同,酸性条件下吸油量较高;p H=8~10时,包覆层主要为勃姆石或假勃姆石,分散性好,吸油量较低;p H〉10,包覆层主要为拜耳石,比表面积大,导致最终产品吸油量较高。The coating type of chloride process titanium dioxide is introduced, the sodium aluminate and sulfuric acid is used as the raw material for coating of the chloride process titanium dioxide, the investigation on the effect of pH on oil absorption of coated production is carried out, and the representation of the coated film~ morphology is carried out, and the aluminum coating mechanism is analyzed. The research show, the greater the pH value, the lower the hydrogen ion concentration, the heterogeneous nucleation of coating can be priori- tised on the surface of titanium dioxide with the average coating, and small oil absorption; the crystal phase of aluminum hydroxide is differ- ent within the different pH range, the oil absorption is higher under the acid condition; when pH = 8 - 10, the coating mainly is boehmite or pseudo -boehmite which with good dispersibility and low oil absorption; when pH 〉 10, the coating mainly is Bayerite, which has large specific surface area, and it will lead to high oil absorption of the final products.
