摘 要:基于Ni2+在高氯酸介质中与钨酸根和丁基罗丹明B形成离子缔合物的反应,建立了一个简单、快速、操作方便、灵敏度极高的测定Ni2+的光度分析方法。在优化后的反应与检测条件下,该方法在565 nm处对Ni2+的检测范围为1.0~24.0 g/L,摩尔吸光系数为3.63×106L/(mol.cm),检出限为0.22μg/L。除Ir(Ⅲ)、Rh(Ⅲ)和Au(Ⅲ)外,大部分其它金属离子不干扰测定。在用氨水简单沉淀了铝合金中的基体元素铝以后,用该方法能准确测定铝合金中镍的含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差在3.5%以内。A simple, rapid, easy operation, extremely high sensitive detection and photometric analysis method for Ni2+ is es- tablished based on the reaction that the ion association complex is formed by Ni2+ in perchloric acid medium reacted with butyl rhodamine B. Under the optimized reaction and detection conditions, the detection range of this method for Ni2 + is 1.0 - 24. 0/L on 565nm, the molar ab- sorption coeffeient is 3.63 ×106 L/ ( mol. cm), the detection limit is 0. 22μ/L. For the most other metal ion, there was no interference to the detection, except Ir ( Ⅲ ), Rh ( Ⅲ ) and Au ( Ⅲ). After the basic element aluminum in the aluminum alloy was precipitated simply by ammonia, the above mentioned method can determine accurately the nickel content in aluminum alloy, the relative standard deviation of the testing results is within 3.5%.
