摘 要:开发新的环境友好、附加值高的纸浆,对我国造纸工业极为重要。系统地研究了磨浆对麦草复合有机酸纸浆纤维及其纸性的影响。结果表明:(1)麦草复合有机酸纸浆纤维容易磨浆;磨浆引起纤维游离度、保水值、长宽度、卷曲率、粗度、扭结角和扭结率的变化主要发生在1000r以前,这些变化与纤维表面和内部结构的变化有关;(2)在相同打浆度下,麦草复合有机酸纸浆的成纸性能与Soda-AQ浆的成纸性能相似,复合有机酸纸浆可作为造纸用纸浆。It is quite important for China's paper industry to develop a new eco-friendly, high added pulp. The effect of refining on wheat straw organic acid pulp and its fiber properties was studied systematically. The results show that:(1) wheat straw organic acids pulp can be refi ned easily, and the main infl uences of refining on freeness, water retention value, length, width, curl, coarseness, kink angle and kinked degree of the fibers take place before 1000 revolutions, which were caused by the changes of the fiber surface and inner structures;(2) at the same beating degree, the hand sheets made from wheat straw organic acid pulp have similar physical properties as the hand sheets made from Soda-AQ pulp. Wheat straw organic acid pulp would be a potential pulp for papermaking.
