摘  要:用乳液聚合的方法将玉米淀粉与软单体NDT、硬单体YDT、交联剂JLJ进行接枝共聚反应,制备了一种瓦楞原纸环压增强剂,并考察其表面施胶性能。探讨了单体淀粉质量比、硬软单体比以及J LJ的用量对淀粉接枝共聚物乳液的合成及表面施胶性能的影响。结果表明:当单体淀粉质量比为1.5∶1,硬软单体比为3∶1,J LJ用量为2%,疏水剂用量为5%时,环压增强剂的环压强度指数比淀粉的提高了近12%,且抗水性比商品胶大。The graft monomer of soft monomer DNT, hard monomer YDT and crosslinking agent JLJ onto corn starch were carried out by using emulsion polymerization, thus a corrugated ring crush strengthening agent was prepared and its' surface sizing performance was studied. The infl uence of monomer composition, mass ratio of monomer to starch, the dosage of JLT on the synthesis of starch graft copolymer and its surface sizing performance were discussed in this study. The results show that the ring crush strength index by adding with extrusion strengthening agent increases more nearly 12% than that of starch; water resistance is better than commercial gel when mass ratio of monomer and starch is 1.5 to 1, mass ratio of hard and soft monomer is 3 to 1, the dosage of JLT is 2%, and the dosage of the hydrophobic agent is 5%.
