摘 要:针对水泥生产中的余热利用,采用自行设计的固定床试验台,对生活垃圾进行了干燥试验研究。结果表明:塔内干燥过程可分为干燥段、过渡段和预热段;通过1个周期的干燥,干燥段产品含水率为14.3%,过渡段的含水率为35.3%,而预热段仅有少量失水;床层压力损失随料层变厚近似呈线性增加,最高可达1 370 Pa;冷凝水的COD和SS均较低,满足GB 8978—1996污水综合排放标准中的三级标准。Aiming at the waste heat in cement production, the municipal solid waste (MSW) was conducted drying experiment in a self-designed fixed bed dying tower. The results showed that the drying process in the tower can be divided into drying section, transition section and preheating section. Through one cycle of drying, the moisture content of the drying sec- tion was 14.3%, the transition section was 35.3%, while the preheating section had only a small amount of water loss. The bed pressure loss increased linearly with the increase of the thickness of the material layer, and the maximum was 1 370 Pa. The COD and SS of condensate water were low, and met the third grade standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978--1996).
