摘　　要：城市环境卫生水平是城市文明程度的重要指标,而环卫工人在作业过程中不仅要以牺牲身体健康为代价承受恶劣的室外作业环境,而且还时刻面临高度的安全风险。以天津生态城环卫作业团队为分析对象,以环卫弱势群体的本质特征为分析基础,以环卫作业的健康安全风险为分析重点,尝试构建可持续发展的新型环卫作业安全风险管控体系,以期为环卫行业的安全健康发展提供有益的借鉴。Urban sanitation level is an important indicator of the degree of civilization of the city, and sanitation workers are in the working process not only at the expense of health cost under poor outdoor working environment, but also face a high security risk. Taking Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city sanitation work team as the analysis object, its essential characteristics of vulnerable groups as the analysis basis, and the health and safety risk of sanitation work as the analysis focus, we tried to build a new safety risk control system for sustainable development of sanitation work, in order to provide a useful reference for the healthy and safety development of sanitation industry.
