在半导体物理经典教材中三种典型本征半导体基本参数对比分析

摘　　要：针对半导体物理学教材中基本参数表述不一致性,本文选取锗、硅、砷化镓三种典型半导体材料的本征参数为例,选择了三本经典教材中对这些基本参数的表述进行对比分析,分析结果如下:(1)几乎没有一个参数是统一的;(2)在同一文献中同一个参数就有不同;(3)大部分的参数数值差异不是很大,只是个别差异较大.On account of the basic parameters inconsistencies in semiconductor physics textbooks,in this paper,the basic parameters of three typical intrinsic semiconductor materials,namely germanium and silicon,gallium arsenide,are compared and analyzed,and the analysis results are as follows：（1） almost no one parameter is uniform;（2） the same parameter in the same document is different;（3） diversity of most of the parameters is small,but only individual difference is bigger.
