转型背景下地方高校图书馆服务职能的创新——以玉林师范学院为例

摘　　要：当前,地方本科院校向应用技术型转型已是大势所趋,作为高校三大支柱之一的图书馆也应转型并为之服务,图书馆转型重在服务职能的创新。首先阐述了转型背景下,地方高校应用型人才培养的必然性,其次分析了地方高校图书馆服务职能创新的内在动因,最后探讨了地方高校图书馆服务职能创新的基本路径。Presently, it is a general trend to transform the local universities into applied universities. As one of the three pillars of the university, the library should also serve this change, focusing on innovation of its service functions. First, this paper describes the necessity of cultivating apphcation-oriented talent at local universities in the context of the transformation. Second, it analyses the intrinsic motivations for the university library to innovate its service functions. Third, it discusses the general path of service function innovation at the local university libraries.
