摘  要:在丝状真菌中,全局性调控因子VeA广泛存在并高度保守,调节多个次级代谢基因簇和生长发育.在橘青霉中克隆veA的基础上,通过农杆菌介导的转化获得了OE∷veA菌株.结果显示:veA过表达后,分生孢子产量下降61%,美伐他汀产量提高3倍.光照能促进橘青霉中veA的表达从而抑制橘青霉生长发育.这些结果提示在橘青霉中veA和孢子形成、美伐他汀合成密切相关.The global regulatory gene veA,which is conserved in filamentous fungi,is connected with conidia development and secondary metabolism.In this study,aveA-overexpression strain has been constructed via the agrobacterium-mediated transformation of Penicilliumcitrinum,and it has been found that the overexpression of VeA lead to a 61% decreased in conidiaproduction in P.citrinum.Furthermore,the results reveal that VeA positively regulated mevastatin biosynthesis in P.citrinum.In addition,it has been found that light could promote the regulatory effects of veAin conidia development by activating veA expression.Overall this work indicates that the veAortholog in P.citrinumis involved in the control of conidia development,mevastatin biosynthesis.
