摘  要:目的:对某企业新建循环流化床锅炉项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法:采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查资料收集及检查表等。结果:二氧化硫、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、氨、氯化氢、氢氧化钠等化学类职业病危害因素检测结果符合职业接触限值要求,得到有效控制;石油焦粉尘超标率85%,均值16.3±22.9 mg/m^3;厂房33 m石灰石仓存在密闭不严现象,总粉尘、呼吸性粉尘浓度最高达125,50.3mg/m^3,超标严重。噪声检测点共计42个,其中85,90,95,100 d B(A)以上检测点数分别为81%,50%,23.8%,4.8%。结论:该企业应改进粉尘危害严重作业现场的职业卫生防护设施,加强个体防护用品佩戴、职业卫生管理及提高作业人员防护意识。Objective :To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards control for a new CFB boiler. Methods: The site occupation hygiene investigation, occupation disease detection, occupation health ex- amination data collection and inspection table hazards. Results: Sulfur dioxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, ammonia, hydrogen chlo- ride and sodium hydroxide chemical occupational haz- ards factors detection results are consistent with the occupational exposure limit requirements, effectively control; petroleum coke dust exceeding the rate of 85% , average 16.3 -2.29 mg/m3 ; closed lax phenomenon exists in plant 33 meters limestone silo, total dust, respirable dust concentration of up to 125 mg/m3,50. 3 mg/m3 superscalar serious. Noise detection point total 42,85,90,95,100 dB (a) above detection points respectively 81%, 50%, 23.8%, 4. 8%. Conclusion: The enterprise should improve the occupational health protection facilities, strengthen the individual protective equipment, occupational health management and enhance the protection consciousness of workers.
