摘 要:目的:运用卫生工程技术,针对某顺丁橡胶装置巡检岗位丁二烯超标原因提出改造方案,使改造后的岗位接触丁二烯浓度达到国家卫生标准。方法:对某顺丁橡胶装置巡检岗位和作业场所进行监测,结合现场调查,分析丁二烯超标原因,改进密封部件,增加回收系统,改进局部排风系统。结果:由于设备密封老化、无油罐气相回收系统、局部排风量偏低等,导致岗位空气中丁二烯浓度超标5倍。在进行改进密封部件、增加回收系统、改进局部排风系统后,该岗位空气中丁二烯浓度降至标准限值以下。结论:该顺丁橡胶装置巡检岗位采取的卫生工程措施切实可行,达到了预期目标。Objective: To use sanitary engineering technology, against a proposed rehabilitation pro- grams butadiene rubber plant inspection post butadi-ene exceeded reasons, after the transformation of post -butadiene exposure concentration of national health standards. Methods: a butadiene rubber plant in- spection jobs and workplace monitoring, combined with field investigation, analysis butadiene exceeded reason, improved sealing member, increase recycling system, improve local exhaust system. Results: Due to aging equipment sealing, no tank vapor recovery systems, local exhaust volume is low, leading to post - butadiene in air concentrations exceeding 5 times. After being improved seal member, increase recycling system, improve local exhaust system, which posi- tions the air butadiene concentration to the standard limit. Conclusion: The sanitary engineering meas- ures butadiene rubber plant inspection posts take practicable, to achieve the desired objectives.
