摘　　要：高校领导与中层管理者是高等教育综合改革的设计者、参谋者,又是改革举措的推动者、执行者,也是改革的对象和承受者。他们对于高等教育综合改革的认同感与实施评价将影响到综合改革的推进与实效。采用调查问卷和专题访谈等方法,以部分高校领导和中层干部为对象,考察他们对高等教育综合改革的认识与评价,并对结果进行对比与分析。The leaderships and middle management of Colleges and Universities are the designers and advisers of the comprehensive reform of higher education, they are also the performers who carry out the reforming measures, at the same time, they are the object and recipients of the Reform. Their sense of approval and identity of the Reform will affect the efficiency and substantial results. The author studied the sense of approval and identity of some leadership and middle management of College and Universities by questionnaire and interview, and compared the results.
