摘  要:采用热分析技术对失活的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂进行烧炭再生,考察了烧炭再生温度范围、再生O:体积分数及烧炭温度对烧炭再生过程的影响,对失活催化剂的表观烧炭活化能进行分析,并利用XRD、Py—IR和N2吸附-脱附等手段对再生前后催化剂及新鲜催化剂进行表征。实验结果表明,失活ZSM-5分子筛催化剂较适宜的烧炭再生工艺条件为:烧炭温度550℃、O2体积分数10%~20%。反应120min后的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的烧炭动力学过程近似符合一级反应,其表观烧炭活化能为139.5kJ/mol。表征结果显示,催化剂再生后物相与新鲜催化剂基本一致,比表面积恢复到新鲜催化剂的88.4%,总B酸和L酸量分别恢复到新鲜催化剂的81.7%和93.3%。An inactivated ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst which was used in light hydrocarbon aromatization was regenerated by means of thermal analysis instrument. The effects of coke-burning temperature and regenerating O2 volume fraction on the coke-burning process were investigated. The fresh, inactivated and regenerated catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, Py-IR and N2 adsorption-desorption. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the coke-burning of the inactivated catalyst were temperature of 550 ℃ and O2 volume fraction of 10%-20%. The coke-burning regeneration of the inactivated ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst(after the aromatization 120 min) approximately accorded the first order reaction kinetics and its apparent activation energy was 139.5 kJ/mol. The characterization results indicated that the crystal phase of the regenerated catalyst was similar to that of the fresh catalyst. Compared with the fresh catalyst, the BET specific surface area, the total B acidity and L acidity of the regenerated catalyst were recovered to 88.4%, 81.7% and 93.3%, respectively.
