焦化轻油临氢制苯和二甲苯反应温度的研究

摘  要:采用具有烷基转移和加氢精制双功能的CoMo/HZSM-5催化剂,临氢处理焦化轻油,使甲苯发生歧化反应生产苯和二甲苯,同时消除产物油中的S和N杂原子。采用固定床反应器,在反应压力3 MPa、氢油体积比700∶1、原料液态空速1 h-1的条件下,分析反应温度对产物油和尾气组成的影响及对催化剂结焦积碳情况进行了分析计算,考察了反应温度对临氢焦化轻油反应的影响。实验结果表明,焦化轻油临氢反应中苯和二甲苯的收率由甲苯歧化反应、甲苯和二甲苯脱烷基反应和芳烃在催化剂表面的结焦积碳反应共同决定;反应温度在450℃时,S和N的杂原子已几乎被完全脱除,苯的收率为64.1%,二甲苯的收率为15.7%,苯和二甲苯的总收率为79.8%,比原料中苯和二甲苯的总含量提高了21.8百分点。Coking light oil was hydro-treated in a fixed bed reactor on the CoMo/HZSM-5 catalyst with dual-function(toluene disproportionation and hydrorefining) to increase the contents of benzene and xylene in the product and remove sulfur and nitrogen in feed. Under the conditions of reaction pressure of 3 MPa, V(Hz) : V(Oil) of 700 : 1 and LHSV of 1 h-1, the carbon deposition on the catalyst and the effects of reaction temperature on the compositions of the product and tail gas were investigated. The results indicated that the yields of both benzene and xylene depended on the toluene disproportionation, dealkylation of toluene and xylene and carbon deposition. At the reaction temperature of 450 ℃, N and S were almost completely removed and the total yield of benzene and xylene was 79.8%. Compared to the feed, the total content of benzene and xylene in the product increased by 21.8 percentage point.
