隔姜灸治疗艾滋病腹泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察隔姜灸治疗艾滋病腹泻的临床效果。方法 选取2014年5月～2015年12月广西壮族自治区百色市人民医院收治的52例艾滋病腹泻患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组（26例）和对照组（26例）,治疗组给予神阙、关元、足三里隔姜灸治疗,对照组口服黄连素片,同时给予糖盐水补液治疗。观察两组临床疗效,并采用简体中文版艾滋病患者生存质量量表（MOS-HIV）评定艾滋病患者的生活质量。结果 治疗组总有效率为92.3%,高于对照组（76.9%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。MOS-HIV量表评定结果显示,两组患者疼痛、精力、情绪功能和心理功能因子维度比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 隔姜灸治疗艾滋病腹泻效果确切,操作方法简单易行,经济实用,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of moxibustion insulated by ginger in the treatment of AIDS diarrhea. Methods Fifty two cases of patients with AIDS diarrhea admitted to Baise People＇s Hospital from May 2014 to December 2015 were selected as research objects, and they were randomly dived into the treatment group （26 cases） and control group （26 cases） by random number table. The treatment group was treated with moxibustion insulat- ed by ginger on the acupoint of Shenque, Guanyuan and Zusanli, the control group was treated with Berberine Pills o- rally and glucose and saline at the same time. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, the quality of life of patients with AIDS diarrhea was evaluated by medical outcomes study HIV health survey （MOS-HIV）. Results The to- tal effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3%, which higher than the control group （76.9%）, the difference be- tween the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The results of MOS-HIV showed that there were statistically significant differences in the dimensions scores including pain, emotional functioning, energy and mental health factor （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of moxibustion insulated by ginger in the treatment of AIDS diarrhea is certain, the treatment method is easy, which is also economy, utility and worthy of clinical promotion.
