摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下内引流治疗成人腘窝囊肿的疗效。方法自2013-06—2014-06采用关节镜下内引流术治疗成人腘窝囊肿19例,术前常规MRI检查明确诊断。结果术中证实合并骨性关节炎9例,风湿性关节炎5例,半月板损伤11例,痛风2例。19例均获得平均16（12~24）个月随访,术后无感染,无神经血管损伤,症状明显缓解,关节功能改善,疗效满意。2例复发,症状轻微,根据Rauschning和Lindgren分级1级2例,0级17例。结论关节镜下内引流治疗成人腘窝囊肿具有创伤小、恢复快、安全等优势,疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of arthroscopic internal drainage of popliteal cyst. Methods Nineteen patients who had undergone arthrnscopic internal drainage of popliteal cyst from June 2013 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. MRI was made preoperatively to make clear of intra-articular lesions, cyst scope and relationship with the surrounding tissue. Results The intra-articular diseases were found in all patients intraoperatively, including meniscus tear in 11 cases,osteoarthritis in 9 cases, rheumatoid arthritis in 5 cases, gout in 2 cases. There were no blood vessel or nerve complications and incision complications. All patients were followed up for 12 to 24 months （average, 16 months）. Recurrence of popliteal cyst occurred in 2 cases at final follow-up. According to the Rauschning and Lindgren classification, there were 17 cases of grade 0 and 2 cases of grade I. Conclusion Arthroscopic internal drainage of popliteal cyst has several advantages, such as mini-invasion,fast recovery and low recurrence rate.
