摘　　要：目的分析创伤性胫骨平台骨折感染的危险因素,为进一步降低术后感染率提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析自2010-09—2015-03行切开复位内固定手术治疗的439例创伤性胫骨平台骨折的临床资料。通过单因素分析和多因素Logistic分析,探究创伤性胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定手术后感染的危险因素。结果 439例中,13例术后发生感染,感染率为2.96%。单因素分析结果显示,骨折类型(P=0.001)、骨筋膜室综合征(P=0.000)、手术时间(P=0.001)是创伤性胫骨平台骨折术后感染的相关因素。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,开放骨折(P=0.002)、骨筋膜室综合征(P=0.001)是创伤性胫骨平台骨折术后感染的危险因素。结论开放骨折、骨筋膜室综合征是创伤性胫骨平台骨折术后感染的危险因素。Objective To analyze risk factors of infection after surgical treatment of traumatic tibial plateau fractures, to provide a theoretical basis for the future to further reduce postoperative infection rate in the clinical work. Methods Clinical data of 439 patients with traumatic tibial plateau fractures who underwent open reduction and internal fixation between September 2010 and March 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The risk factors of infection of traumatic tibial plateau fractures after open reduction and internal fixation were investigated by univariate analysis and logistic analysis of two classifications. Results Thirteen cases were infected in the 439 patients after operation, the infection rate was 2.96%. Univariate analysis showed that fracture type （P =0.001）, osteofascial compartment syndrome （P =0.000）, operative time （P = 0.001） were correlated with infection after traumatic tibial plateau fractures operation. Multivariate analysis showed that open fractures （P =0.002） and osteofascial compartment syndrome （P =0.001） were traumatic tibial plateau fracture risk factors of infection after operation. Conclusion Open fractures and osteofascial compartment syndrome are traumatic tibial plateau fracture risk factors of infection after surgical treatment.
