中美开放存取知识库建设比较研究——基于OpenDOAR的分析

摘　　要：从发展概况、管理政策、软件应用情况、开放存取情况及资源收录量这五个方面对中美两国的机构库建设情况进行对比分析,发现我国现阶段机构库建设总体呈现良好的发展态势,但是与美国相比,还存在发展进程缓慢、管理政策不完善、技术力量薄弱、开放程度低及资源建设情况不乐观等问题,最后借鉴美国的经验,并结合本国国情,从政策支持、技术手段、质量控制、资源建设四个方面提出了相关的对策,以期为建设中国特色的机构知识库发展提供有益指导。This paper makes a comparative analysis of the construction of institutional repositories in China and the United States from fi ve aspects： development situation, management policy, software application, open access, and resource collection. It then analyses the problems in Chinese open access repositories, draws the experience from American counterparts and puts forward relevant countermeasures in terms of policy support, technical support, quality assurance and resource construction.
