摘 要:目的观察潍坊地区急性白血病患者合并医院感染的临床特征,以求为预防与控制医院感染提供参考。方法回顾性分析2014年4月~2015年9月期间潍坊地区急性白血病合并医院感染患者的临床特征,对其感染部位、病原菌以及易感因素进行分析。结果针对潍坊地区急性白血病合并医院感染患者,医院感染发生率为51.9%,例次感染率为60.5%,其中下呼吸道感染发生率为28.1%,为最常见;G-菌感染发生率为64.6%,为主要致病菌。单因素分析显示医院感染的危险因素包括年龄、住院时间、化学治疗、抗生素和(或)抗真菌药物使用时间。结论潍坊地区急性白血病合并医院感染患者感染部位以下呼吸道最为常见,主要致病菌为G-菌。对上述危险因素采取积极措施可降低医院感染发生率。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of acute leukemia patients with hospital infection in weifang area,so as to provide reference for prevention and nosocomial infection control. Methods The clinical features of acute leukemia patients with hospital infection in weifang area analysed retrospectively from April 2014 to September 2015,including infection site,pathogenic microorganism and predisposing factor. Results For acute leukemia with nosocomial infection patients of weifang,the nosocomial infection rate was 51. 9%,while the case-time infection rate was 60. 5%. The main infection site was lower respiratory tract and its infection rate was 28. 1%. The mainly pathogenic bacteria was Gram-negative aerobic bacteria and its infection rate was 64. 6%. Univariate analysis showed that the risk factors of nosocomial infection included age,length of stay,chemotherapy,treatment duration of antibiotics and( or) antifungal agents. Conclusion For acute leukemia with nosocomial infection patients of weifang,the main infection site was Lower respiratory tract,the mainly pathogens was Gram-negative aerobic bacteria,taking measures actively to prevent the risk factors mentioned above,and it can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
