摘  要:为高效、低成本地将充填物料从地面运输至井下,提出对矿井原有提升系统进行升级改造,设计了主井提煤运料双向输送系统,实现了主井上行提煤、下行送料地联合运输。介绍了充填开采主井双向运输系统结构,包括从主井装卸载方式、主井提煤下料装卸载系统、主井装卸载自动化控制系统。该研究成果已应用于花园煤矿,现场应用效果表明,主井提煤下料双向输送系统完全满足了工作面的充填要求,节约资金1171.9万元,减少施工时间80d。In order to transport the backfill materials from surface to underground with high efficiency and low cost, the upgrading program of existing hoisting system was pro- posed. A two-way transporting system was designed to real- ize the combination of hoisting coal upward and feeding backfill materials downward in main shaft. The composition of two-way transporting system in main shaft was mainly in- troduced from the loading and unloading method, coal hoist- ing and materials feeding system, and the automatic control system of loading and unloading. The study had been suc- cessfully applied in Huayuan coal mine, which showed that the two-way hoisting and feeding system in main shaft satis- fied the backfill requirement of working face. In addition, the cost was saved by 11.719 million yuan, and the construction time was reduced by 80 days.
