摘　　要：民族文化艺术的传承与发展会受到多种条件、因素的制约与影响。民族区域自治制度的创立与民族区域自治法的颁布,对处于时代变迁下各民族文化艺术的传承与发展奠定了历史性的社会条件,同时起到了极其重要的推动作用;民族区域自治有了民族文化艺术这一精神意蕴而更为巩固与兴盛。深入剖解二者之间内在关系可为未来民族文化艺术的传承与发展,尤其是在全球化、现代化等视阈下民族文化艺术路径的选择具有重要的历史价值与现实意义。The inheritance and development of ethic culture art will be affected by a variety of conditions and factors. The establishment of the system of regional autonomy for ethnic minorities and promulgation of the law on regional autonomy for ethnic minorities lay a historical social condition for inheritance and development of ethic culture art and play a very important role in security at the same time. Meanwhile,the regional autonomy for ethnic minorities becomes more forceful and flourishing with ethic culture art. Exploring inner relationship between them has important historical value and practical significance for the inheritance and development of ethic culture art especially in the global and modernized perspective.
