摘  要:针对国内综放开采后部刮板输送机采用端卸,导致工作面机头和机尾部放煤效果差的情况,根据东滩煤矿1306工作面的地质条件,介绍综放工作面交叉侧卸总体配套技术,提出综放工作面后部输送机采用交叉侧卸方式,实现前后部机头、机尾中心距与中间段中心距一致,介绍了研发的新型综放工作面端头、过渡支架和巷尾支架。试验表明,交叉侧卸方式可改变现有综放工作面端头区的配套模式,能完善综放工作面端头部的支护效果,提高回收率。According to the poor top coal caving effect at the face conveyor head and tail caused by the end loading of the rear conveyor in China fully mechanized top coal caving mining face,based on the geological condition of No. 1306 coal mining face in Dongtan Mine,the cross side unloading matched technology of fully mechanized top coal caving mining face was introduced,a cross side unloading method was applied to the rear conveyor of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face. The center distance of the front and rear conveyor head and tail was an agreement to the center distance of the middle sections. The paper introduced the new developed face end,transition powered support and face end powered support of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face. The test showed that the cross side unloading method could change the available matched mode of the face end area in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face,could improve the support effect of the face ends in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face and could improve the coal recovery rate.
