米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓及度异合剂用于无痛人工流产术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在无痛人工流产术中采用米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓及度异合剂的效果。方法选择医院2015年1月至2015年10月收治的行无痛人工流产术孕妇120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组孕妇术前口服米非司酮,观察组孕妇术前予米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓及度异合剂。对比两组孕妇的镇痛效果、宫颈软化、手术情况及术中、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组孕妇镇痛总有效率为95.00%、宫颈软化率为100.00%,较对照组的76.67%和80.00%均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇手术时间为(7.82±2.35)min、术中出血量为(30.54±9.76)m L、术中术后并发症发生率为(3.33%),较对照组的(12.52±2.63)min,(52.33±10.26)m L,20.00%均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无痛人工流产术中采用米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓及度异合剂的效果明显,不仅镇痛效果好,可充分软化孕妇宫颈,且手术时间短,术中及术后并发症发生率低。Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with methyl ester suppository and Duyiheji in painless artificial abortion. Methods 120 pregnant women who were treated with painless artificial abortion in the hospital from January 2015 to October 2015 were divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given mifepristone before operation, and the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with methyl ester suppository and Duyiheji. The anal- gesic effect, cervical softening, complications during operation and intraoperative and postoperative of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of analgesia（95.00% ） and cervical softening rate（100. 00% ） in the observation group were signifi- cantly higher than the total effective rate of analgesia（76. 67% ） and the cervical softening rate（80. 00% ） in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The operation time was（7.82±2.35） min, the amount of bleeding was（30. 54±9. 76） mL, postoperative complication rate was 3.33% in the observation group, which were significantly lower than（12.52±2.63）min, （52.33 ±10. 26 ） mL, 20.00% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of mifepristone combined with methyl ester suppository and Duyiheji in painless abortion is obvious, not only the analgesic effect is good, the full use of pregnant women cervix, operation time is short, but also the incidence of postoperative complications is low and relatively safe.
