摘　　要：目的建立测定复方醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏中测定醋酸曲安奈德含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Welchrom C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（70∶30）,检测波长为240 nm。结果醋酸曲安奈德质量浓度在25.4~89.0μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.08%,RSD为1.10%（n=6）。结论该法简便快捷、准确可靠,可作为测定醋酸曲安奈德含量的质量控制方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in Compound Tri- amcinolone Acetonide Acetate Urea Cream. Methods Welchrom C18 column （250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was used with methanol-water （70：30） as mobile phase and UV detection wave length was 240 nm. Results The linear range of triamcinolone acetonide acetate was 25.4- 89.0 μg/mL. The average recovery was 99.08% and RSD was 1.10% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, conve- nient and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Urea Cream.
