摘　　要：从立法原理出发,考虑到中国现实国情以及图书馆事业的发展,对《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法(征求意见稿)》进行反思,提出了我国公共图书馆法立法应该特别考虑的10个方面以及主要问题,以期不断地改进和完善公共图书馆法。Starting from the principles of legislation, the development of Chinese public librarianship in and thinking about the real situation of China today and future, the article rethinks the Public Library Law of People＇s Republic of China （Version for Taking Advices） profoundly, puts forward our advices from 10 major problems which should be thought about seriously on legislation in public library law in China, and we believe they will be helpful to improve the public library law.
