积雪苷霜软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗面部皮炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察积雪苷霜软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗面部皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法 78例面部皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予积雪苷霜软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗,对照组给予地奈德乳膏治疗,疗程均为2周。比较两组患者愈显率、症状积分、激素乳膏外用总量和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组愈显率为89.47%,对照组愈显率为91.42%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。停药2周后随访,两组患者症状总积分呈下降趋势。此外,治疗组外用激素乳膏总量(3.5 g)远低于对照组(14 g)。治疗组无患者存在色素沉着。结论积雪苷霜软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗面部皮炎可显著减少激素用量,疗效与单用地奈德相当,患者依从性好,可作为治疗面部皮炎的一种选择。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of centella triterpenes cream combined with desonide cream in the treatment of facial dermatitis. Methods A total of 78 cases of facial dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. Treatment group patients were treated with centella triterpenes cream combined with desonide cream, while control group patients were only treated with desonide cream. After 2 weeks of treatment, the markedly effective rate, symptom score, dosage of glucocorticoid and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The markedly effective rate of treatment group and control group were 89.47% and 91.42% respectively, there was no significant difference between two groups （/〉〉0.05）. After stopping treatment for 2 weeks, the symptom scores of two groups showed a downward trend during follow-up. In addition, the dosage of glucocorticoid of treatment group （3.5 g） was much lower than that of control group （14 g）. There was no patient with pigmentation in the treatment group. Conclusion Centella triterpenes cream combined with desonide cream in the treatment of facial dermatitis can significantly reduce the dosage of glucocorticoid. It can be used as a choice of treatment of facial dermatitis.
