摘　　要：教育的信号功能对劳动者进入就业市场及用人单位在劳动力市场搜寻人才都具有重要的指示作用。本文通过分析教育信号功能弱化的表现及其对用人单位的影响,提出改革教育体系,大力发展高质量的职业教育,有效填补高校与用人单位之间的职位匹配缝隙是解决我国教育信号功能弱化引发的高校毕业生就业难及过度教育问题的根本措施。The signal function of education has important instruction function on the workers and the employer in the labor market. This paper analyzes the performance and the impact of the eakening of education＇s signal function,discusses measures on how to effectively solve the problem of the graduates＇ employment difficulty and over education.
