摘 要:目的研究2型糖尿病伴或不伴胃肠神经功能紊乱患者肠道双歧杆菌是否存在差异。方法选取30例2型糖尿病不伴胃肠神经功能紊乱(对照组)患者及30例2型糖尿病伴胃肠神经功能紊乱(实验组)患者,收集粪便样品,提取样品中细菌DNA,根据双歧杆菌总菌的16Sr RNA序列设计特异性引物,并应用实时荧光定量PCR技术对60例粪便样品中的双歧杆菌总菌进行定量检测。结果实验组肠道双歧杆菌总菌较对照组减少(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病伴胃肠神经功能紊乱患者肠道双歧杆菌总菌数量减少,可能与2型糖尿病患者胃肠神经功能紊乱的发生发展存在相关性。Objective To distinguish the differences between the intestinal bifidobacteria for the type 2 diabetes patients with or without gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods Select 30 cases of type 2 diabetes patients without gastrointestinal dysfunction(control group) and 30 cases with gastrointestinal dysfunction(experimental group). Extract the bacterial DNA of the fecal samples, and design the specific primer of bifidobacteria according to the bacterial 16 Sr RNA sequence. Apply the real-time PCR technology to detect quantitatively the total bacteria of bifidobacteria, which is taken from two different group of samples. Results The total number of bifidobacteria for the experimental group is less than the control group significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion The total number of bifidobacteria for the type 2 diabetes patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction decreased, and reducing the number of intestinal bifidobacterium may interact with thedevelopment of gastrointestinal disorders in patients with type 2 diabetes.
