摘　　要：目的探讨肩袖损伤经关节镜辅助小切口与全关节镜肩袖修补的效果。方法根据手术方式的差异,将我院收治的肩袖损伤患者74例进行分组,分为对照组34例和观察组40例,对比两组的临床效果。结果两组术后观察组的VAS评分和术后恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论观察组患者的术后疼痛程度更轻、恢复时间更短。Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic assisted small incision and arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in rotator cuff injury. Methods According to the differences of operation, 74 cases of patients with rotator cuff injury in our hospital were divided into two groups, 34 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score and recovery time of the two groups were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The postoperative pain of patients in the observation group is more light, recovery time is shorter, and has a high clinical significance.
