妊娠晚期腹壁深部脓肿误诊1例报告及文献复习

摘　　要：论文目的是探讨妊娠晚期腹壁深部脓肿误诊的可能原因。通过报告2015年误诊的1例腹壁深部脓肿,记录术前诊断、术中探查处理及术后护理和预后,并随访此例患者临床结局良好。而妊娠晚期腹壁深部脓肿容易误诊,B超及局部穿刺可协助诊断。Objective The objective is to explore the possible causes of misdiagnosis of deep abdominal abscess in late pregnancy. We reported one misdiagnosis cases of deep abdominal abscess in late pregnancy in 2015 and to record the diagnosis of preoperative, laparotomy explorati on during operation. Post-operative care and the prognosis of maternal and fetal. Although the patients showed good clinical outcomes. The deep abscess in the abdominal wall is easy to be misdiagnosed, and the diagnosis is assisted by B ultrasound and local puncture.
