膝关节镜下半月板手术修复患者早期康复训练的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究膝关节镜下半月板手术修复患者早期康复训练的临床价值。方法选择2015年2月-2016年2月我院收治的56例行膝关节镜下半月板手术修复者为研究对象,将其分成两组。对照组患者在术后行常规护理,以此为基础观察组患者实施早期康复训练。观察两组患者治疗优良率。结果和对照组相比,观察组患者临床治疗效果较好,组间数据差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论对于行膝关节镜下半月板手术修复者,实施早期康复训练,可以取得较为满意的临床效果。Objective To explore the arthroscopic meniscal repair surgery patients under the clinical value of early rehabilitation training. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016, 56 cases of the arthroscopic meniscus under routine surgery to repair patients were chosen as the research object in our hospital, it is divided into two groups. Control patients in routine nursing, postoperative observation group of patients based on implementation of early rehabilitation training. To observe the fine rate of two groups of patients. Results Compared with control group, the observation group of patients better clinical treatment effect significantly, data statistical differences between groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion Under the line for the arthroscopic meniscal repair surgery, the implementation of early rehabilitation training, and can obtain more satisfactory clinical effect.
