脊椎损伤患者的临床护理干预分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对脊椎损伤患者的临床护理干预方法,总结护理工作经验,提升护理效果和患者满意度。方法选取2014年6月-2015年6月于我院接受治疗的脊椎损伤患者共50例,随机分为对照组与观察组各25例,其中对照组采取常规护理方式,观察组在此基础上对患者进行综合护理干预。比较两组患者的护理有效率及患者护理满意度。结果在护理有效率方面,对照组为60%,观察组为88%,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。此外,在患者护理满意度调查中,对照组总满意率为52%,观察组总满意率为92%,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论脊椎损伤通常病情严重,给患者带来巨大的身体伤害,对脊椎损伤患者采取相关心理指导、卧位护理、锻炼指导等综合护理干预措施,可以有效提高护理有效率,具有较高的护理质量。Objective To study the clinical nursing intervention for patients with spinal cord injury method, sum up the experiences of nursing work and improve the nursing effect and patient satisfaction. Methods A total of 50 patients with spinal cord injury from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, all 25 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group routine nursing care, observation group on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients. Compare two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing efficient and patient care. Results On efficient care, control group was 60%, the observation group was 88%, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant. In addition, in the patient care satisfaction survey, the control group total satisfaction rate was 52%, the observation group overall satisfaction rate was 92%, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Spinal cord injury is often the disease is severe, brings the huge physical harm to patients, patients with spinal cord injury take relevant psychological instruction, decubitus care, comprehensive nursing intervention measures, such as exercise guidance can effectively improve nursing efficiency, has the high quality of care.
