心理护理在人工髋骨关节置换术护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的对在人工髋骨关节置换术护理工作中应用心理护理的效果进行分析探讨。方法选取2014年2月-2016年3月在我院接受人工髋骨关节置换术治疗的患者123例,并随机分为参照组（60例）和实验组（63例）,对分别应用常规护理和心理护理的效果进行对照研究。结果实验组患者的SAS分值低于参照组[（31.58±8.77）分vs.（39.85±9.05）分],SDS分值低于参照组[（30.81±7.69）分vs.（37.77±8.23）分],组间差异经t检验,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在人工髋骨关节置换术护理工作中应用心理护理的效果十分理想。Objective To effect the artificial hip joint replacement surgery nursing care of applied psychology analyzing and discussing. Methods 123 cases of patients with artificial hip joint replacement therapy were chosen from February 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the reference group（60 cases） and experimental group（63 cases）, for applications routine care and psychological care results were compared. Results The experimental group were significantly lower than the scores of SAS reference group [（31.58±8.77） points vs.（39.85±9.05） min], SDS score was significantly lower than the reference group [（30.81±7.69） points vs.（37.77±8.23） minutes], the difference between groups by t test, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of artificial hip joint replacement surgery nursing care in Applied Psychology is ideal.
