摘  要:根据磁悬浮零部件专用测量机气浮运动组件内外球面的高精度技术要求,设计一种角摆静压力自动补偿万向球头节研磨机构,在普通车床上采用内外球面自动研磨的方法代替传统手工对研。实践证明提高了气浮运动组件的研磨质量和效率,有一定参考价值。According to the high precision requirements of the air bearing motion components inside and outside spherical surface on the measurement machine for magnetic parts with high precision size and shape error, based on the full analysis of the traditional research method, the universal ball grinding mechanism with swing angle of static pressure automatic compensation is designed to take place of the traditional manual rubbing in the ordinary lathe with automatic inside and outside spherical surface grinding method. It is proved that the spherical rubbing method is high grinding consistency, high grinding efficiency, high grinding process safety and reliable advantages. This method greatly improves the grinding quality and efficiency of air bearing motion components and has important reference value to precision grinding of high precision spherical parts.
