摘　　要：目的:探讨颅内胶质肉瘤的MRI特征。材料与方法:回顾性分析10例经手术病理证实的颅内胶质肉瘤MRI影像表现。结果:9例位于幕上,1例位于右侧小脑半球,8例单发,2例发现2个病灶,信号均混杂,呈T_1WI低T_2WI稍高信号为主,内见范围不等的囊变、坏死区,2例见出血,周边均见水肿,9例T_2WI见条片状低信号,增强扫描均呈不均匀明显强化,其中7例呈花环状强化,2例见"脑膜尾"征。结论:颅内胶质肉瘤MRI表现具有一定特点,但最后确诊须依赖于组织病理学。Purpose： To investigate the characteristic MRI findings of cerebral gliosarcoma. Materials and Meth- otis： The MRI and pathological data of 10 patients with cerebral gliosarcoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 9 cases located supratentorial, 1 cases located in the right cerebellar hemisphere. 8 cases were found single focal lession, 2 cases were found 2 focal lesions. all cases＇signal were mixed, which appeared as low signal on T1WI, and as slightly high on T2 WI, associated with cystic degeneration and necrosis. 2 cases showed internal bleeding, all showed edema around the tumor, 9 ca- ses showed a low signal on T2WI. After enhancement, aU cases were heterogeneous enhancement, 7 cases were irregular ring- like enhancement, 2 showed ＂meninges tail＂. Conclusion： The MRI manifestations of cerebral gliosarcoma have some char- acteristics, but the final diagnosis depends on histopathology.
