摘　　要：目的:探讨经会阴盆底三维超声检查对评估针灸治疗女性盆底功能障碍疗效的价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院2014年1月至2015年12月30例经针灸治疗的女性盆腔功能障碍患者,治疗前后行经会阴盆底三维超声检查,通过分析超声影像评估针灸对治疗盆底功能障碍的价值。结果:30例女性盆底功能障碍患者经针灸治疗后,经三维超声检查评估有一定治疗效果。结论:经会阴盆底三维超声检查对评估针灸治疗女性盆底功能障碍疗效有一定价值。Purpose ： Discuss three - dimensional ultrasound to evaluate the value of the curative effect of acupunc- ture in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction. Materials and Methods： Retrospective analysis of 30 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, They during the period of treatment by acupuncture between January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital and they were checked with three - dimensional ultrasound examination in the preoperative and postoperative. Analysis of ultrasonic imaging evaluation value of acupuncture for treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. Results ： 30 cases of female pa- tients with pelvic floor dysfunction after treatment with acupuncture, three - dimensional ultrasonography evaluation of treat- ment effect. Conclusion： Three - dimensional ultrasound has a value of evaluate effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treat- ment of female pelvic floor dysfunction.
