摘　　要：目的:探讨多普勒组织成像(DTI)评价无心衰症状的糖尿病患者右室舒张功能的临床应用价值。材料与方法:研究对象包括无心力衰竭症状的糖尿病组(DM)56例,糖尿病合并高血压病组(DM+SH)48例及正常对照组(NM)50例,每例均行DTI检查将取样容积置于心尖四腔心切面三尖瓣环右室侧壁记录收缩期峰速度(Sm),舒张早期峰速度(Em),心房收缩期峰速度(Am)。计算Em/Am,比较三组参数以评价糖尿病右室舒张功能。结果:糖尿病合并高血压组右室Em明显低于对照组,糖尿病组及糖尿病合并高血压组右室Am明显高于对照组;右室Em/Am则明显低于对照组(DM与NM组比较P<0.05;DM+SH组与NM组比较P<0.01)。结论:无心衰症状糖尿病患者右心室舒张功能明显受损。Purpose： To explore the evaluation of Doppler tissue imaging （DTI） no symptoms of heart failure in dia- betic patients with right ventricular diastolic function in clinical application value. Materials and Methods： the subjects of this study consisted of 56 cases of heart failure symptoms of diabetic group （ DM ） , 50 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group DM ＋ SH 48 cases of and normal control group （nm） , each case underwent DTI to examine the sam- ple volume was placed on the apical four chamber view of the heart of tricuspid valve ring right ventricular lateral wall record systolic peak velocity of （SM）, diastolic early peak velocity （EM） and atrial systolic peak velocity （AM）. Am Em/was cal- culated to evaluate the right ventricular diastolic function in diabetic patients by comparing three groups of parameters. Re- sults： diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group of right ventricular EM was significantly lower than that of the control group, diabetes group, and diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group right ventricular am was significantly higher than that of the control group ; right ventrieular Em/of AM significantly lower than the control group （ DM and nm group P 〈 0. 05 ; DM ＋ SH group and nm group comparison 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： right ventricular diastolic function was significant- ly impaired in patients with diabetes mellitus without heart failure.
