摘 要:分析了IEC 62053-24静止式基波频率无功电能表标准,并根据该标准的试验项目对比了目前在用的无功电能表的计量结果,通过实验结果分析,该无功功率在很大程度上反映了在配电网中由于负载电流的相位移导致的无用电流,这个电流宜被接入诸如电容器校正装置抵消,得出了基波频率无功的无功值对提高无功补偿更有效果。This paper analyzed the international standard "Static meters for reactive energy at fundamental frequency (classes 0.5S, 1S and 1)", IEC 62054-24, formally issued by IEC, and compared the measured results between the conventional meters and ~urrent static reactive energy meters at fundamental frequency according to the test items that the standard recommended. Through the analysis of the test results, we draw a conclusion that the reactive power refleets the useless current to a great extent due to the phase displacement of the load current in distribution network, and the current should be offset by access calibration device such as a capacitor. It is concluded that the reactive pow- er value of fundamental frequency is more effective on improving the reactive power compensation.
