摘　　要：当前哲学界多数学者以为 ,技术哲学主要研究自然技术———工程技术或物的技术 ,而不涉及社会技术。社会技术恐难论证 ,又与阴谋诡计不好区分。文章认为 ,社会技术是技术大家庭中的一个重要成员 ,是调整和改善人 (组织 )际关系 ,规范社会行为 ,解决社会矛盾 ,实现社会目的的实践程序和方法。社会技术同自然技术一样 。At present, numerous scholars in the circle of philosophy think that technological philosophy mainly deals with natural technologies--engineering technologies or physical technologies--and not related to social technologies, which are both difficult to analyze and prove and hard to distinguish from plots and schemes. This article holds that social technology is a major member of the bigger family of technologies. It is the practical procedure and methodology for regulating and improving on the human/organizational relationship, standardizing social behavior, resolving social conflicts, and realizing social purposes. Social technology is comparable to natural technology in that it is also a basic issue of technological philosophy.
