摘 要:以间苯二甲酸二乙醇酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPE)为第三单体、新戊二醇(NPG)为第四单体制备改性共聚酯.首先采用核磁共振(1 H-NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱对试样进行化学结构表征,证实了共聚酯大分子链中SIPE和NPG的存在.然后利用乌氏黏度计测试了共聚酯的特性黏度,结果发现,随着NPG含量的增加,共聚酯的特性黏度下降.最后通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)等技术考察了NPG引入后共聚酯热学性能与结晶性能的变化,发现NPG的加入对共聚酯的热稳定性影响不大,结晶能力随着NPG含量的增加而降低,共聚酯的水接触角随NPG含量的增加呈明显下降趋势,下降幅度为15°,亲水性明显改善.The copolyester was prepared by using 5-sodium sulfo bis-(hydroxyethl)isophthalate(SIPE)as the third monomer and neopentyl glycol(NPG)as the fourth monomer.The data from nuclear magnetic resonance(1 H-NMR)and Fourier tranform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)showed that SIPE and NPG existed in copolyester macromolecules.The results of ubbelohde viscometer test showed that the intrinsic viscosity of the copolyester gradually decreased with the increase of SIPE content.The thermal properties and crystallization of copolyester ability were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and other technologies,and the results showed that the addition of the fourth monomer NPG hadnt weaken the thermal stability of copolyester and crystallization ability of copolyester became weakened with the increase of NPG content.The water contact angle decreased as the proportion of NPG increased,and the drop rate was 15°,which indicated that the hydrophilicity of copolyesters was improved by adding NPG.
