摘  要:以金属丝为芯纱,聚酰亚胺(PI)为外包材料,分别通过涂层工艺、空心锭子包缠纺工艺以及二维编织工艺制备3种不同结构的包芯复合纱,并对3种包芯复合纱的包覆效果、力学性能、耐磨性能及电学性能进行了对比分析.结果表明:涂层复合纱直径最小,表面光滑,包覆效果好,但其力学性能、耐磨性能及电学性能不佳;编织复合纱条干均匀,包覆好且具有最优力学性能、耐磨性能和电学性能,但其直径最大;包缠复合纱包覆效果不稳定,易产生"露丝"及结点,条干最差.Three kinds of core spun yarns containing metal fibers and polyimide which were made respectively through coating process,hollow spindle spinning and 2D braiding process were introduced.Covering effect,mechanical properties,abrasion resistance properties and electrical properties of the core spun yarns were compared and analyzed.The results show that the core spun yarn made through coating process has the minimum diameter,smooth surface and good covering effect.But its mechanical properties,abrasion resistance properties and electrical properties arent good.The 2D braiding core spun yarn has good yarn evenness and covering effect.Compared with other core spun yarns,its mechanical properties,abrasion resistance properties and electrical properties are the best,but it has the maximum diameter.The covering effect of wrapped composite yarn is unstable,this kind of yarn is easy to generate yarn faults and its evenness isnt good.
