摘 要:干燥预处理对油页岩的利用具有重要意义,喷动床具有结构简单,传热传质效果好和可适用于热敏性物料的优点,可以考虑将其应用到油页岩干燥过程。为此,设计并搭建了喷动床干燥试验台,研究了不同物料粒径(1—3mm和3—5 mm)、不同热风温度(100,150,200℃)及不同干燥时间(20,30,40 min)下的喷动床干燥工艺;并对产品的质量进行了多指标的检测。由结果可知:干燥过程中由于物料相互碰撞,与壁面的摩擦,以及热破碎特性导致试验后产生了小于粒径下线的物料;干燥处理后的物料可磨性系数增加;干燥过程中温度变化不大,但对于整个试验台来说,温度随着气流和物料的上升总体上呈现下降趋势。经过方差分析得出:对于油页岩喷动床干燥实验产生影响的3个因素中,主次顺序为颗粒粒径>温度=干燥时间。The drying pretreatment plays an important role in using oil shale. Spouted bed has the advantages of simple structure,good heat and mass transfer effect and suitability to heat sensitive materials,which can be applied to the drying process of oil shale. Therefore,the spouted bed dryer was designed and built; the drying processes of the spouted bed with different particle sizes( 1-3 mm and 3-5 mm),different hot air temperatures( 100,150 and200 ℃) and different drying time( 20,30 and 40 min) were studied. The quality of oil shale was examined in terms of several indexes. The result showed that: the collisions of materials,the friction between the materials and wall,and the characteristics of thermal breakage in the process of drying led to the particle size of materials offline,after drying process,the grind ability of materials increased. The temperature changed little during the drying process,but for the whole spouted bed,the temperature decreased with the increase of air flow and materials.Through the variance analysis: the order of the effects of three factors on spouted bed drying experiment of oil shale were particle size 〉temperature = drying time.
