摘 要:癌症一直是威胁人类生命健康的重大疾病之一,虽然抗癌药物的研究在近年来得到了迅速发展,但抗癌药物靶向性弱,在杀死肿瘤细胞的同时也破坏了正常的组织细胞,其毒副作用大,效果不理想是突破抗癌药物研究的难点。靶向制剂的出现,使得抗癌药物的研究有了一个较大的突破。目前国内外对于靶向制剂的研究主要在靶向药物的载体方面,靶向性强的抗癌药物载体依然是众多医药工作者的研究热点。其常用的药物载体有乳剂、微球、微囊、脂质体、纳米球、磁性导向微球、单克隆抗体分子等。本文结合国内外的相关资料和最新报道,综述了靶向制剂的分类、特点及其在抗癌药物中的应用并在此基础上对靶向制剂作为新型的抗癌药物做一展望。Cancer is still one of the major diseases which has always been a threat human 's life and health,although the research of anticancer drugs had a great development in past years.The mainly reason is that the cancer drugs have an bad property of drugs targeting and some side effects on the normal tissue cells while they kill tumor cells.Therefore,targeting preparation makes a large breakthrough in the research of anticancer drugs.The mainly study of targeted agents at home and abroad is targeting drug carrier,so targeting carrier of anticancer drug has became a research hotspot for many medical workers and the commonly used drug carriers have emulsions,microspheres,micro capsule,liposomes,nano materials,guide magnetic microspheres,monoclonal antibody molecules and so on.This paper combined with the related data at home and abroad and the latest reports has stated the classification,characteristics,and application of the targeted drug in anticancer drugs and makes a prospect based on targeting agents as new anti-cancer drugs.
