摘 要:采用铁碳微电解预处理高浓度焦化废水,以COD_(Cr)和挥发酚为考察对象,通过正交试验和单因素试验研究了废水初始pH值、铁碳投加量及反应时间对处理效果的影响。结果表明:最佳反应条件是废水初始p H值为3,铁碳填料投加量为300 g/L,反应时间为120 min,此时COD_(Cr)和挥发酚的去除率分别达到48%和79%以上,废水m(BOD5)/m(COD_(Cr))值从0.11提高到0.42。Taking CODcr and volatile phenol as the observation objects, high concentration coking wastewa- ter was pretreated using iron-carbon micro-electrolysis, and the influences of initial pH value, iron-carbon dosage and reaction time on treatment effect were studied through orthogonal test and single factor test. The re- sults showed that, the optimal reaction condition was: the initial pH value of wastewater was 3, the iron-carbon packing dosage was 300 g/L, the reaction time was 120 min. Under the above condition, the removal rates of CODcr and volatile phenol reached above 48% and 79% respectively, the value of m(BOD5)/m(CODcr) increased from 0.11 to 0.42.
