摘 要:通过分析尿素解吸废液和反渗透浓水的不同水质特点,混合调配两者的比例后用作循环冷却水系统补充水。尿素解析废液与反渗透浓水的配水比例为5∶1,浓缩倍数为3倍,或配水比例为3∶1,浓缩倍数为2倍时,P.S.I指数趋近于6。现场应用结果表明,循环冷却水系统无结垢和微生物粘泥附着,碳钢腐蚀速率为0.003 9mm/a。该方法有效解决了尿素解析废液单独作为补充水时p H值偏低的问题,也达到了废水综合利用的目的 。Urea desorption waste liquid and reverse osmosis concentrated brine were mixed in certain ratio according to their different characteristics, and then was used as makeup water of circulating cooling water. Un- der the condition that the mixing ratio of urea desorption waste liquid and reverse osmosis concentrated brine was 5 : 1, the concentration multiple was 3 times; or the mixing ratio was 3 : 1, the concentration multiple was 2 times, the P.S.I index was close to 6. The field application results showed that, no fouling or slime attached on the circulating cooling water system, the corrosion rate of carbon steel was 0.003 9 mnda. The said method effec- tively solved the problem of low pH value of urea desorption waste liquid when it was used as makeup water, which achieved the goal of wastewater comprehensive utilization also.
