摘  要:目前对染污绝缘子电气特性的研究主要采用人工雾室中低压锅炉产生的蒸汽雾,但人工雾室中蒸汽雾的浓度和雾室的温度与自然雾有着明显差别,且自然雾湿润条件下染污绝缘子的电气特性研究鲜有报道。在试验站自然雾条件下对饱和湿润的三片串LXY—70型玻璃绝缘子和FXBW—10/70型复合绝缘子进行污闪试验研究。结果表明,雪峰山自然试验站自然雾条件下绝缘子的污闪电压随染污盐密的增加呈负幂指数函数关系减小,且随试验温度的升高而降低,拟合公式与高海拔现场试验结果相吻合。At present, the studies on flashover characteristics of the saturated wetting contaminated insulators mainly use the steam fog generated by the low-pressure steam boiler in artificial climate chambers. However, the steam fog is different from the natural fog in temperature and concentration. And the electrical characteristics of contaminated insulators under natural saturated moist fog conditions are rarely reported. In this paper, the flashover tests of three units of LXY—70 glass insulators and FXBW—10/70 composite insulator wetted by natural fog have been carried out at Xuefeng Mountain Natural Test Station(XMNTS, with an altitude of 1 400 m, is located at Pingshantang, Xuefeng Mountain ranges, 120 km away east from Huaihua city, Hunan province). The results show that, the relationship between the pollution flashover voltage(Uf) under natural fog conditions at XMNTS and the salt deposit density(SDD) can be expressed as a negative power function, and the pollution flashover voltage Uf decreases with increasing the test temperature. The fitting formulas for the same type of insulator, which are simulated on ac pollution flashover voltages at various pollution degrees and temperature, are consistent with high altitude field test results.
