摘　　要：介绍汉江湖北段某航运枢纽工程概况,分析坝址基本地质条件及存在的主要工程地质问题,重点从地质角度对三个坝址进行比较分析,并推荐优选坝址,提出地基处理的建议,总结大江软岩地区坝址勘察需注意的几个问题。This paper introduces the general engineering survey of a shipping hub situated in the Hanjiang river of Hubei province. It analyzes the basic geology conditions of the dam site and points the main engineering geology problems exited. It compares and analyses the geology conditions of three dams and chooses the best dam site from geology view. It also proposes the suggestions how to deal with the buildings foundation. At last, it summarizes a few questions of exploring at great rivers and soft rock site.
