摘　　要：[目的]分析2011-2014年山东省会城市群经济圈卫生资源配置状况及公平性,为卫生资源合理配置提供依据。[方法]运用基尼系数及集中指数对山东省会城市群经济圈的卫生资源的配置状况与公平性进行分析。[结果]2011-2014年省会城市群经济圈卫生资源按人口分布的基尼系数在0.078至0.136之间,地理分布的基尼系数在0.171至0.234之间,集中指数在0.005至0.144之间。[结论]山东省会城市群经济圈卫生资源的地理分布公平性低于人口分布公平性,卫生技术人员配置公平性呈下降趋势,卫生资源配置存在向经济水平较高的地区集中的倾向,存在地区的不公平。Objectives To analyze health resource allocation and equity in urban economic circle of Shandong capital city cluster from 2011 to 2014 so as to provide references for optimizing allocation of health resources. Methods It analyzes health resource allocation and equity by Gini coefficient and concentration index. Results From 2011 to 2014, Gini coefficient of health resource according to population distribution was from 0. 178 to 0. 136, Gini coefficient of health resource was from 0. 171 to 0. 234 according to geographic area distribution, and the concentration index of health resource was from 0. 005 to 0. 144. Conclusions The equity of population configuration was greater than that of geographical con- figuration in urban economic circle of Shandong capital city cluster. The equity of medical personnel allocation decreased year by year. Health resource allocation exists the trend of concentrating to high economic level region.
