股权众筹平台回归互联网金融中介地位路径分析——以区域性股权交易中心参与股权众筹为视角

摘　　要：股权众筹作为互联网与金融"联姻"的产物,为中小微企业的融资带来了福音,是我国多层次资本市场的重要组成部分。但是,因为股权众筹平台既承担了项目审核、发布及交易管理的工作,又承担了登记结算的职能,尚未建立专门的、具有公信力的股权登记托管平台,缺乏对融资企业的培训及辅导,使股权众筹投资者权益难以得到保障,融资者也难以借助平台得到成长与发展。我国很多区域性股权交易中心具备开展上述业务的基础条件和资源优势,可以通过区域性股权交易中心与股权众筹互联互通,由区域性股权交易中心开展股权众筹的登记结算、股权托管、上线审核、企业辅导等业务,使股权众筹平台回归到纯粹的互联网金融中介地位。As the outcome of the marriage between internet and finance, the equity crowd-funding is beneficial to the small and medium-sized enterprises, and is also an important part of China＇s multi-layered capital market. Howev- er, because the equity crowd-funding platform not only shoulders the work such as project review, publishing and transaction management, but also serves the function of registration and settlement. The equity crowd-funding platform has not yet established specific share registration hosting platform and lack of financing business training and counsel- ing, so that equity crowd-funding hard to ensure the interests of investors. And most of our regional equity trading cen- ter has the basic conditions and resources to carry out these operations, may raise inter-operability through regional eq- uity trading center and public equity. It can help equity crowd-funding platform do share custody, on-line audit, busi- ness counseling, and other services, so that equity crowd-funding platform return to pure internet financial intermedi- ary position.
